Phase dates come from each project's Key dates (rough & final install). The solid bar is what you originally planned; the red outline is the exact days actually scheduled from the crew shifts — so you can see the plan vs. what's really booked. The workload lane counts field personnel: confirmed where crew is assigned, projected (2/rough job) where none is yet. Day-level shifts live in the Crew Schedule.
